CW027 Crossweave
This is a heavy duty, glass reinforced laminated polypropylene film with a hot melt adhesive. The reinforced strands run both vertically and horizontally along and across the film. It is very strong and durable and is used when heavy applications are required. Available only in clear 50mm x 50m.

MF027 Monofilament
Very similar to the Crossweave in that it has a glass reinforced film and a hot melt adhesive. The mono weave strands run horizontally along the tape only. Used for bundling pipes, wrapping pallets etc. but without the additional strength of the crossweave.

Floor (lane) Marking Tape
Prismatape currently stocks 50mm x 33m 120 micron Polyethylene in red / white & black / yellow. This has a heavy duty polyethylene carrier film with a solvent rubber adhesive which provides good adhesion to clean, dust free floors. Other colours and sizes are available to order.

Non Adhesive Barrier Tape
Prismatape can produce Barrier and Warning tapes, whether in standard or bespoke format. We currently stock 75mm x 500m red / white non adhesive barrier tape. We also manufacture non adhesive low density polyethylene pipe warning tape in a variety of colours and prints eg. Gas, Water etc.

Waterproof Cloth Tape
Economy Waterproof cloth tape featuring a synthetic rayon construction laminated to a 60 micron polythene sheet and weighted with a hot melt rubber adhesive. Applications such as reinforcing, jointing polythene sheets, carpet underlay jointing and book binding and repair.

Size: 50 x 50 in black & silver, other sizes and colours available on request.

INV04 Magic Mending Tape
Polypropylene film with a water based adhesive. It is used when a mend or join is required and needs to be invisible. It is available in either pillow pack or carton in 25mm x 33m with cores sizes of 3 inch.

PIB50 & PIB75 Self Amalgamating Tape
Self amalgamating tape based on polyisobutylene rubber interleaved with an easy peel removable PE film, non tacky and easy to apply and handle. It is used for jointing, splicing and repairing cables, waterproofing joints both above and below ground in conjunction with soft PVC tapes. Conforms to EEC standards.

Available in sizes 19mm x 5m, 19mm x 10m, 25mm x 5m, 25mm x 10m with an easy peel carrier.

PVC Electrical Tape
Self Extinguishable conformable PVC electrical insulation tape which fully conforms to BS3924 and EN60454/1 specifications. Used for Wire & cable insulation, masking during chemical process plating, colour coding and sport applications

Sizes available 19 x 33 in black from stock all other sizes available on request

Double Sided Tissue Tape
Hot melt adhesive with a tissue carrier for general purpose applications.

Sizes 12 x 50, 24 x 50 & 48 x 50

Stretch Wrap
Cast stretch film is a polyethylene stretch film specially formulated for pallet wrap purposes and stick on only one side. Blown stretch film (stick both sides) is available on request.
